Commercial Services designs, installs, tests, inspects, and services fire alarm systems.To ensure their reliability, fire alarm systems must be inspected, tested and maintained. Commercial Services will set up a service program for periodic testing, inspection, and maintenance that conforms to NFPA and Local Codes.
Backflow devices prevents pollution or contamination between known supply of drinking water and an appliance. Businesses are responsible for compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act, to ensure that customers are not receiving compromised or contaminated water.
The backflow device(s) are tested on an annual basis, unless the water purveyors require the RP or RPZ to be tested semi-annually. The inspection of the backflow device is not required as part of the sprinkler inspection.
